Sidewinder Multi-Directional Wet Deburring & Laser Oxide Removal Machine |
The newly designed Sidewinder is available in 18, 37 and 48 inch widths and is ideal for flat panels of any shape that require deburring or radiusing the edges and/or removing laser oxide.As a result of mounting the disc horizontally over the conveyor, the part is introduced in such a way that every edge including holes and slots, are deburred and radiused using a 3M Scotch Brite (TM) pad. In addition, the machine can be used for laser oxide removal be refitting the disc with brushes. |
